OK, so the big question is, "Is it art ?"

Well, I don't have enough of a formal education (graduated High school, a couple of college courses) to tell anyone whether or not it is art. However, I CAN say that I have seen it (twice), and quite enjoyed it. (The only complaints came from my feet from all the walking)

A splash of bright color amongst the dead winter hues, a little excitement to happen once in a lifetime. I mean, really, before putting the project down, answer this, what have YOU done lately that attracted tens of thousands of people to one location, and got coverage from all the major networks? hmmm?
